We use this data to register participants, conduct programs, communicate updates, and issue certificates. We do not sell data. If required by law, data may be shared with authorities. By using this website or participating in Federation activities, you agree to provide accurate registration information, follow event rules, and comply with all safety and conduct guidelines. The Federation reserves the right to deny participation to those violating policies or engaging in misconduct.

Payments for membership, event registration, or certifications are non-refundable once processed. Cancellations due to technical or duplicate payments will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 7–10 business days.

All information on this website is published in good faith for general awareness. The Federation does not guarantee absolute accuracy of external content, linked resources, or user-submitted materials.

All creative content, images, videos, and logos published by the Federation are protected under copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

For any grievance, complaint, or policy-related issue, participants may contact our Grievance Officer via info@globalartsartist.com. All complaints will be addressed within 15 working days.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. The governing law shall be in accordance with the laws of India.
